Our recruitment process

At CEVA, our recruitment policy is a vector for mutual enrichment, shared experience and cohesion. We encourage individuals to take responsibility within their own perimeter, and give them the means and support to do so, whilst also emphasising the need for teamwork and cohesion. For several years, the Group’s pace of international growth has meant that employment has become a very dynamic aspect of our strategy. The underlying aim of our recruitment policy is to attract the very best professionals in each sector and thus ensure a rich diversity in our basic resource: men and women with a wide range of professional experience and training, from all nationalities. We refuse to adopt any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality or age and we encourage equal opportunities in access to jobs, pay and promotions.

Applying for a job

All applications are examined very carefully indeed and passed on to the appropriate manager for the sector you are applying for.

Pre-selection

Pre-selection is based on an individual interview with the Human Resources Officer or the operational manager for the specific job for which you have applied. At this stage we look at your previous experience, your motivation and your personality.

In-depth interview

During the selection process you will meet operators who will assess your technical expertise for the job and a Human resources Officer that will evaluate your potential as an employee within the Group.

This part of the process may include tests or situational role plays.

Decision

The decision process is based on a consensus between all the people you meet.

Contract offer

If your application is successful, the Human Resources department will make you a firm offer of a job. You will then be invited to sign your contract of employment.
